Search for New Physics in the associated production channel of a Higgs and a W boson at ATLAS

• Abstract:

  The main objective of this research plan is to measure the Spin and CP properties of the interaction vertex between the Higgs and the W bosons (hWW vertex). The measurement will be done using the proton-proton collisions recorded by the ATLAS Collaboration during the LHC Run 1 and Run 2, as well as the data to be collected in the Run 3. Therefore, as second objective of this research plan, a contribution to the ATLAS data taking and detector operations programme is foreseen, with a focus on the ATLAS jet trigger system.
