The 2nd IDPASC students workshop brings together the faculty and PhD students of the International Doctorate Network in Particle Physics, Astrophysics and Cosmology (IDPASC) as well as external PhD students and researchers on the themes of the network.
The workshop will consist in keynote lectures on the themes of the network, contributed talks and poster presentations. The scientific organising committee will select the oral contributions. All registered IDPASC students must present a progress oral and written report. A transfer skills session focused on PhD students needs is also foreseen.
The workshop will take place the 22nd to the 23rd June. Lunch and coffee-breaks are foreseen as well as a workshop dinner the 22nd. In the night of 23rd June, the Porto midsummer Saint John festival takes place, gathering hundreds of thousands of tourists. Please book your accommodation soon.
